Who we are looking for:

All of our Consultants have been hired from different fields and backgrounds. They all have a number of things in common
  • A strong academic background. A minimum of 2:1 degree is essential.
  • Industry experience. Areas such as HR, Project Management, Consulting, Change Management and Business Development are typical of our Consultants.
  • Attention to detail in their work.
  • Awareness of Best Practice in their areas of knowledge.
  • A collaborative approach to their work and an ability to closely work with colleagues to achieve the desired customer outcome.
  • A track record in delivery above normal expectations.
  • The energy to positively affect others around them, including colleagues and customers.
